Easter knitting
April 05, 2014
If you follow Knitionary on Facebook you'll know that everyday I post one or two pattern links to knits I love. The last few weeks some Easter bunnies and such have been popping up and I've gathered them all together here. If you're not on Facebook, now you can see them too! Every picture has a pattern link in the caption.
These bunnies made a great photo op! |
Here they are again! Little Rabbit by Julie Hunter. |
Knitted Eggs, a free pattern from Purl. |
Bobble Sheep Pillow another free pattern from Purl. |
Hopsalots by Tiny Owl Knits. |
A great beginner project, even appropriate for a young knitter. These are made with a simple garter stitch square and folded into a sweet bunny. Pattern by Vicki Sedgwick is offered as a free pattern download from Rowan Yarns. |
Big Cuddly Bunny, free from Purl. |
Baby Bunny Booties by Sylvia Leake. |
I think I'm a sucker for a knitted bowl, especially if they have bunny ears and bunny tails!
Felted Bunny Bowls pattern by Erin Black. |
Bunny Nugget by Rebecca Danger is free! The pdf link is on her blog sidebar. |
tête d'oeuf...knitted hats for your egg head. Pattern is free and designed by me. |
Not knitted, but still cute. Lavender Bunny Sachets, free pattern and tutorial. |
Look at the beautiful detail; a little Easter Basket pocket filled with embroidered flowers!
I love this pattern, Jill, by Martin Storey from the 2005 book Rowan Yarns
Classic Babies #4.
The book is out of print and lucky you if you have
one.
This pocket would be easy to duplicate: basket stitch patch with
embroidered details.
Just scrumptious. |
Edmund the Easter Bunny is a free pattern download from Rowan. Designed by Jem Weston. |
Even bunnies can't help but photobomb! Loveknitting offers this pattern for free, designed by Sarah Knight. |
Visit Little Cotton Rabbits for knitted bunnies, foxes, their clothing, and the patterns too! |
From Three Stories High, a tutorial for crocheting a Chicken Brooch! |
