We don't grow corn in the garden anymore (raccoons) but we do buy it at the Farmer's Market.  I found out how to cook corn on the cob that is so easy and so good and will never go back to any other corn prep, (except maybe creamed corn as a treat).  Maybe some of you know this little trick already, but it was new to me!

  2. I have been using the Microwave with damp paper towells for several years. My little friend Nina told me about this but never have heard of doing it with the husk and I will try it.
