Wildflower
June 11, 2012in Rowan 4-ply Soft, 100% merino wool in color Wink.
Pattern is by Alana Dakos from Coastal Knits.
I am a big fan of the book, and even though I've made quite a few
of the patterns already, I'm not done with the book yet!
Gnarled Oak or Rocky Coast is next.
The pocket and edging are my favorite features.
There is a bit of detail on my sleeve shaping and
notes on how I finished the pocket on my Ravelry page.
The obligatory "nail polish matches my new sweater" shot ;-)
Is it hot where you are? Today it was so hot I had to wait until
late afternoon when it cooled off before I could put on a wool sweater.
I do think this will be perfect on cool summer evenings.
Happy knittin'!
