tulipiere

May 03, 2011

Here is another tulipiere, well, almost a tulipiere.  Traditional tulipieres have little holes for each  flower that share a common well of water.
This white pottery one is a little different in that it's comprised of little individual vases molded together.  It is similar to my glass one.
I love the way it looks with herbs.
This was a gift from my mother.
It's kind of fun and makes a few sprigs look like a big arrangement.
I love these crazy things and have two more to share next time.

I am knitting of course.  Working on a few:  This and this.  And soon I want to start this one.

Hope your weather is as pretty where you are as it is here!
